We need volunteer "lake experts" to gather and to moderate directories and other information submitted for each lake. Moderators can take responsibility for one nearby or frequently visited lake. Moderators add local information that's important to lake visitors: restaurants, hotels, bait & tackle shops, boat ramps, marinas, and more. They also help to start Lakelubbers messaging forums for their chosen lake.
Moderators earn the opportunity to highlight one business or non-profit organization in the Lakelubbers directory for their moderated lake, increasing their organization's visibility. We especially welcome local Chambers of Commerce as lake moderators. There can be one or two moderators for each lake. Moderators get a free Lakelubbers cap, 30 days after they join us.
